About
C.B. Lund is an IT professional, author, and recovering narcissist. His writing sits at the uncomfortable place where self-improvement runs out, in the quiet pressure to perform, perfect, or prove yourself, whether it shows up as people-pleasing, comparison, or the constant itch to optimize your life.
His first book, I'm Not Great (Thank God), makes the case that the way out isn't more self-realization. It's self-forgetfulness, and a life found not in being impressive, but in being known.
He's written for Key Life, Red Tree Grace, Faith on View, and Between Cities. Born and raised in Minnesota, he holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and lives in South Minneapolis with his wife, Autumn.
Grace-centered, not performance-centered
It’s a way of thinking about leadership, work, and faith that starts with grace instead of performance, and it’s the thread running through everything C.B. writes and speaks on.
